Return policy for business customers at Easy-Tecs
Corporate customers and returns
Corporate customers can send a written return request to the general e-mail address within 4 weeks of receiving the goods. Please note that there is no legal entitlement to returns for business customers. We accept returns on a voluntary basis and in accordance with the conditions below.
Protecting the goods when returning them
Please use suitable outer packaging to protect the goods and make a note of the processing number that we will send you after checking your enquiry. Careful packaging not only protects the goods, but also speeds up the processing of your enquiry.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee will be charged for the return of goods, depending on the condition of the returned products:
- Originally packaged goods: at least 15% of the value of the goods.
- Opened goods: at least 25 %, provided all accessories are present.
- Opened and used goods or missing accessories: at least 40% of the value of the goods.
The discount specified by us is not a binding statement. Should the restocking fee change following a corresponding assessment by our service provider, we reserve the right to pass the changed deduction on to you. This regulation guarantees a fair assessment of the condition of the goods.
Returning the goods
If you agree to the above conditions, please send the goods back to us in a separate cardboard box with a copy of the invoice within 5 working days of agreeing to take the goods back. The goods must arrive at our premises within this period.
Please note: The goods should always be returned with the standard accessories. This does not apply to permanently installed accessories in the event of a complaint. We accept no liability for additional accessories sent in unsolicited.
Important notes on packaging
Applying parcel labels directly to the product packaging causes irreversible material damage. In addition, the risk of transport damage at your expense increases considerably. Therefore, please always use a separate outer carton and ensure that the goods are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
